We are looking for a proactive and detailed‑orientated individual to join our agency as a SEM and Performance Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to deliver world class campaigns for our luxury clients, while learning about a fast moving and consistently growing industry. You will be responsible for making a real success of these campaigns.RequirementsBachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related fieldGeneral knowledge of Paid AdvertisingAbility to work in a team but also independentlyStrong organizational skillsYou have a good knowledge of English (B2+)You are a native Italian speaker.Able to complete autonomously tasks assigned and respect deadlineKey ResponsabilityCampaign managementCreate Performance campaigns on the main platforms (i.E Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, Criteo and other relevant channels)Actively monitor campaigns, auditing and adjusting them for maximum performanceCreate ad copies based on materials provided by the clientsProduce weekly reporting,
