Role: Analog / Mixed-Signal Designer - Behavioral Modeling SpecialistWe are looking for an analog/mixed-signal designer with strong behavioral modeling skills, and proven knowledge on circuit design process with behavioural modeling and simulation.Core Technical SkillsAdvanced analog and mixed-signal electronic designBehavioral modeling using Verilog-AMSFamiliarity with Design tools: Cadence Virtuoso, and, optionally, Siemens Eldo and Mentor QuestaSimAbstraction of complex circuits (behavioral vs. transistor-level)Analysis and management of feedback loops between sub-component of circuit modelsFamiliarity with SPICE Netlists, schematics, and Cadence design flowsExperience in model validation against golden reference (simulation-driven approach) and ability to identify gaps between golden reference and behavioural model outputsNice to Have SkillsAbility to translate design intent into formal rules and models usable by AI agentsBasic knowledge of AI, agent-based systems, or prompting techniquesExperience in ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), Test Program and LoadboardsProficiency with SystemVerilog "
