The role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations, while fostering a culture of quality across manufacturing operations.ResponsibilitiesMonitor business processes to ensure compliance with procedures and quality protocolsCollaborate in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and data sheetsAnalyze customer quality data and satisfaction indicatorsEvaluate and qualify external suppliers against quality requirementsSupport reporting on Quality Management System performance and KPIsDeliver quality-related training to site personnelComply with HSE regulations, environmental requirements, and energy policiesEnsure correct waste segregation and disposalReport hazardous situations, near misses, and audit-related HSE non-conformitiesProvide the HSE office with safety data sheets and updates for chemicals usedRequirementsEducation: Degree in food science and technology.Professional Skills: Knowledge of food technology, in particular BRC, IFS or similar quality standards; knowledge of current food industry legislation; ability to use the mainanalysis tools in the food analysis laboratory; knowledge of productionprocesses in an industrial context; knowledge of the main HSE rules.Experience:
2+ years of experience in the role within food manufacturing sector.Language Skills: Proficient English & Italian is mandatory.Computer Skills: MS Office.Behavioral Requirements: Excellent analytical skills; preparation for the autonomous management and organization of work; good communication and relationship skills; analytical and time optimization capabilities; ability to work in a dynamic context.DetailsLocation: Vergiate (VA).Working hours: Tempo pieno, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.Contract: CCNL Alimentare Industria.Working / Environmental ConditionsThe IRCA Group Code of Ethics outlines our policy on human and labour rights.
