Innovation, human capital, organization, financial strength and a flawless reputation of excellence, integrity and sustainability are the basis of our competitive advantage.PositionWe’re looking for a dynamic and technically strong Project Engineer to join our Engineering team, reporting to the Head of Project Engineering.What you’ll doManage relationships with project owners, partners, and internal/external stakeholders during project deliveryCoordinate engineering and design activities for BESS projects in collaboration with the Engineering ManagerManage and submit engineering deliverables through Document Management Systems (Sharepoint, Aconex, 3DExperience,



etc.)Ensure fit‑for‑purpose procurement of battery storage equipment and compliance with project requirementsMonitor and control project and engineering progress against scheduleManage RFIs and design change requests in coordination with project teamsSupport civil and local system design (e.G., noise mitigation, firefighting systems) aligned with local regulationsSupport installation activities (civil and electrical) and participate in commissioning phasesCollaborate with commissioning teams and support training delivery for partners and stakeholdersManage red‑line and As Built documentation and ensure timely deliveryMaintain lessons learned registers and share insights across teamsEngineering Manager responsibilities (optional)Lead engineering and design activities across the project lifecyclePrepare and coordinate technical documentation as per project deliverablesSupport procurement through technical specifications and supplier alignmentCoordinate with Design Engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet project and contract requirementsManage FAT processes and ensure compliance with technical specificationsOversee IFC deliverables, manufacturing support,



and red‑line approvalsEnsure alignment of engineering outputs with safety standards and project objectivesRequirementsMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar2–5 years of experience in EPC project environmentsExperience with on‑site activities on MW‑scale power plantsExperience in project delivery and engineering coordinationFluent both English and Italian; additional languages are a plusStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in international, multicultural teamsProblem‑solving mindset with strong troubleshooting capabilitiesAbility to prioritise, plan, and adapt in fast‑changing environmentsNice to haveExperience in BESS or renewable energy projectsExposure to complex EPC environments and multidisciplinary teamsStrong technical coordination skills across engineering disciplinesLocationHybrid remote and Milan Offices.
