Overview

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive IT&D; initiatives within Reckitt’s factory footprint and oversee transformation efforts. You will partner with site leadership to implement standards for business, process, data and technology as part of a global programme. You’ll balance global demands with site-specific needs, ensuring reliable IT&D; service delivery and a stable factory IT ecosystem. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role with visible impact across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

- Activate IT&D; initiatives in factories and drive global programme deployment
- Ensure IT&D; services are effectively delivered through partners for a quality user experience
- Build and maintain relationships with factory leadership and coordinate stakeholder buy-in for transformation
- Monitor support to factories,



manage communications and escalations, and promote a stable IT ecosystem

Qualifications
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Experience in a complex, global organisation; FMCG desirable but not essential (4+ years)
- Manufacturing process understanding with IT Operating Model experience alongside Industrial Automation and Industry xysqume 4.0
- Project Management and Change Management skills desirable
- Knowledge of key Industrial Automation and Data Analytics systems desirable
