In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating key projects with European customers.Role Overview:As a Marketing Project Manager, you will support the execution of marketing projects by coordinating internal teams, monitoring timelines, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Working closely with Senior Project Managers, you will also act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, helping to ensure smooth communication, alignment on campaign activities, and a high-quality customer experience throughout project delivery. You'll gain exposure to structured project management processes and international marketing environments.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning and execution of marketing projectsCoordinate internal teams and ensure tasks are clearly assigned and trackedServe as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring effective communication throughout campaign executionMonitor timelines, deadlines, and project progressUpdate project documentation, schedules, and status reportsAssist in supervising campaign execution and deliverablesIdentify and flag potential risks, delays, or issues to senior stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and processesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing and Communications)Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in the B2B spaceFluency in English at a professional level (written and spoken) is essential, as the role operates in an international environmentKnowledge of French is considered a strong plusGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyClear and effective communication skillsProactive, flexible, and team playerCurious and eager to learnWorking model: hybridAssignment and compensation will be assessed and in line with the candidate's experience and skills. xysqume Apply now to join our team at Expandi Group!
