Within our Life Sciences Business Line, our Purification Division plays a key role in delivering high-quality purification and recovery solutions for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. We are currently looking for a SHEQ Technician to join our team in Fidenza, Italy . About the role Reporting directly to the SHEQ Manager, this person will support the implementation and maintenance of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality systems at site level, ensuring compliance with regulations, company standards, and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to grow within an international industrial environment focused on sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ systems and procedures Monitor daily SHEQ activities across Operations, Laboratory, and Engineering departments Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and internal SHEQ standards Support incident investigations and corrective/preventive action plans Participate in operational and maintenance risk assessments Coordinate documentation and compliance related to AIA, IPPC, and other permits Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors,
and external assessors Deliver SHEQ-related training sessions to site personnel Support environmental monitoring and reporting activities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and environmental performance What we are looking for Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar Minimum 3 years of experience in SHEQ, HSE, or related technical roles Previous exposure to chemical, industrial, waste management, or oil & gas environments is a plus Basic understanding of industrial permits and safety compliance systems Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in operational environments Languages Italian Good level of English What We Offer Permanent employment contract (Tempo indeterminato) Competitive salary package ranging from €27,000 to €35,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications Career development opportunities within an international and growing organization Hands-on experience in a highly regulated industrial environment focused on sustainability and operational excellence Collaborative and supportive team culture with ongoing learning opportunities Why join Tradebe?
