About the Role We are seeking an experienced and
proactive Site Manager to oversee maintenance operations and lead a
technical team at an industrial site. Reporting to the Contract
Manager, the Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and
supervising internal maintenance technicians and external service
providers. The successful candidate will ensure that maintenance
activities are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within
the allocated budget while meeting technical, operational, and
economic objectives. This is a key managerial position with
medium-term career development and promotion opportunities. Key
Responsibilities Manage, coordinate, and support a team of
approximately 10 Maintenance Technicians. Organize, plan, and
supervise preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance
activities. Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to
ensure the effective delivery of maintenance services. Develop and
manage site activity plans in line with operational priorities and
contractual commitments. Monitor technical performance indicators
and KPIs and implement corrective actions when required. Ensure
maintenance activities are completed within agreed deadlines,
quality standards, and allocated budgets. Manage and optimize the
use of technical, human, and financial resources. Support the
continuous improvement of operational performance, productivity,
and site profitability. Prepare, monitor, and manage operational
budgets and associated costs. Ensure compliance with all health,
safety, environmental, and internal company procedures. Conduct
regular team meetings and communicate operational objectives,
priorities, and performance expectations. Monitor team performance
and contribute to the development of employees' technical and
interpersonal skills. Identify training and development needs
within the technical team. Manage operational issues and conflicts
professionally and implement appropriate solutions. Maintain
effective communication with customers, internal stakeholders,
suppliers, and service providers. Produce activity reports and
provide regular updates to the Contract Manager and Technical
Director. Participate in technical and operational projects aimed
at improving maintenance performance and service quality. Candidate
Profile The successful candidate will have proven experience in
site management, maintenance operations, and technical team
leadership within an industrial environment. Experience in one or
more of the following sectors would be highly desirable: Automotive
industry Aerospace industry Industrial maintenance Previous
experience with companies such as MTS Systems or FEV would be
considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous
and customer-oriented professional with strong leadership,
organizational, and problem-solving abilities. They should be
comfortable managing operational priorities, budgets, technical
teams, and customer expectations. Required Skills and
Qualifications Proven experience in a Site Manager, Maintenance
Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar technical management
role. Experience managing and developing technical or maintenance
teams. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent
organizational and planning abilities. Strong problem-solving and
decision-making skills. Experience managing maintenance activities,
operational budgets, and resources. Ability to monitor KPIs and
implement performance improvement actions. Good knowledge of
health, safety, and compliance requirements in an industrial
environment. Strong communication and conflict-management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with
internal and external stakeholders. Customer-focused approach with
a strong commitment to service quality. Experience managing
technical projects would be an advantage. Knowledge of technical
and soft-skills training is desirable. Technical Tools Knowledge or
experience with the following tools is expected: Microsoft Office
Suite Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS/GMAO)
Microsoft Project Languages English: Professional working
proficiency required. English will be used occasionally in a
professional and technical context. Career Development This
