Are you an innovative engineer who thrives on turning ideas into market-ready solutions at speed, in close collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams? In this role, you will develop, design, and validate innovative technical solutions in the field of electronics and embedded software for our coffee portfolio, creating products that meet both consumer and business needs.

You will be part of Versuni’s Innovation & Development team — an international and multicultural environment that values diversity in backgrounds, perspectives, and expertise. Our product platforms are built on Versuni-owned specifications, giving you the opportunity to shape and continuously improve technical solutions together with internal stakeholders while leveraging supplier capabilities.

The Impact You’ll Make

- Conceptualize, design, develop, evaluate, and maintain electronic systems and components based on product and consumer requirements

- Drive innovative solutions for electronic components, modules, and systems with an optimal balance between cost and performance

- Develop, test, and implement embedded software to deliver secure, cost-efficient, and high-performing solutions aligned with consumer needs and value propositions

- Support the transition from design to scalable manufacturing, ensuring smooth industrialization

- Develop and improve maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures

- Design, realize, and verify electronic solutions throughout the development cycle





- Provide fast and effective technical support to development teams and drive continuous improvements based on customer and stakeholder feedback

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

-

- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field

- 2+ years of experience in consumer electronics and/or automotive electronics design or manufacturing

- Strong knowledge of electronic modules and components, circuit design/layout, embedded software, and relevant design methodologies

- Experience with DFSS practices (Green Belt / Black Belt certification is a plus)

- Knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA best practices

- Understanding of Design for Testability, Manufacturing, and Serviceability principles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands‑on mindset

- Fluency in English
