ppIn this role you will drive the development of data center cooling products, focusing on chillers and chilled water systems. You will work within the Thermal Management design team in RD to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions for global customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance market needs with performance and quality targets, and you may travel as needed. This is an opportunity to shape high-performance cooling technology in a growing, global company. /pullivariable compensation where applicable /liliManage development of new RD data center cooling products from concept to release /liliLead design efforts for new or re-engineered products, coordinating with Marketing, Procurement and Industrial Engineering /liliReview and approve product documentation including CAD drawings, specifications, and BOMs /liliDeliver fast NPDI responses based on proven platforms /liliEnsure projects meet cost, quality, environmental,



and time objectives /liliAnalyze and resolve technical issues within assigned products /liliCoordinate with global divisions as needed (mostly North America and China) /liliApply knowledge of HVAC, thermodynamics, and refrigeration to design decisions /liliBachelor in Mechanical/Energy Engineering (or equivalent) /liliExperience in HVAC/chiller projects or related HVAC work /liliStrong knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration principles /liliEnglish: Intermediate (written and spoken) /liliMotivation with leadership abilities /liliKnowledge of technical norms and standards /liliResult-oriented, team player, detail-oriented, flexible /li /ulpIn this role you will drive the development of data center cooling products, focusing on chillers and chilled water systems.
