Program Manager - Workflow Information Management
In this role you will lead software programs for the Workflow Information Management product, driving feature delivery and cloud-first evolution. You will coordinate global, cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases while aligning with regulatory and quality standards. - Lead software development programs and strategic initiatives for the WIM product roadmap
- Own end-to-end program execution including planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and quality objectives
- Lead a cross-functional team across Product Management, R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Service, and external partners
- Facilitate planning, program reviews, milestones, gates, and executive communications
- Identify risks,
develop mitigation plans, and escalat e as needed for timely decisions
- Build partnerships with engineering, business, and functional stakeholders
- Balance customer needs with constraints and business priorities to enable delivery
- Ensure compliance with QMS, standards, regulations, and software processes
- Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, execution, delivery predictability, and efficiency
- Leverage AI and digital productivity tools to enhance planning and reporting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software project or program management
- Proven track record leading cross-functional software development programs through lifecycle
- Ability to independently lead complex programs and influence teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and Agile practices
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience in regulated software development environments (advantage)
- Project or Program Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent)
