Experteer Overview

In this role you will support the Motor Pricing Team with data-driven analysis, predictive modeling, and tariff development to optimize portfolio performance. You will work across data collection, model validation, and scenario testing to ensure robust pricing strategies aligned with Group practices. The role combines advanced analytics with cross-functional collaboration to impact pricing decisions and quotes for fleets and automotive segments. You will engage with stakeholders and continually enhance technical capabilities to shape pricing outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Master's Degree in quantitative subjects
- Experience on Motor pricing (≈3 years) in Insurance or Consultancy xysqume
- Proficient with SAS, Python and Office suite (VBA for Excel)
- Advanced analytical skills (GLM/Machine Learning)
- Fleets and Automotive quotes expertise is a plus
- Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders
- Curiosity for new pricing approaches and commitment to expanding technical knowledge
- High problem-solving attitude
- Fluent in Italian and English
