MISSION

For a new logistics site of an important international company operating in the Retail sector, we are looking for a Team Leader Inbound who will be responsible to provide an efficient and well-organised inbound flow from both operational and administrative perspectives.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Reporting directly to the Department Manager Inbound, the candidate will:

- Ensure an efficient and well-organised inbound flow from both operational and administrative perspectives.
- Ensure the department is staffed with the required number of employees with the appropriate qualifications and competencies.
- Ensure daily execution of operational warehouse tasks.
- Provide regular, timely and objective feedback to the Department Manager.
- Take responsibility for daily operations in the absence of the Department Manager.
- Promote employee engagement and motivation.
- Participate in continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes.
- Monitor KPIs and employees' daily performance.
- Set clear goals and follow up on execution.
- Ensure an efficient Inbound operation.
- Lead inbound operations, performance management, absence meetings, employee dialogues, goal setting and vacation planning.
- Prepare and update team schedules in compliance with labour legislation.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate manager.




- Report relevant operational information and improvement opportunities to management.

SKILLS

- degree or Diploma, preferably in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- proven experience in managing warehouse operations;
- previous experience of at least 3 years in leading and developing warehouse teams;
- strong knowledge of inbound logistics processes and warehouse management operations;
- experience in KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and budget management;
- good knowledge of IT tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
- good command of the English language (B1/B2).

- ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and complex operational environments.

Location: province of Rovigo

Compensation package and employment terms will be aligned with the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Expected RAL: € 28.000-35.000
