In bocca al lupo!brp An internationally recognised engineering and design consultancy is seeking a talented Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer to join its growing Building Services Engineering team in Milan. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in mission-critical, data centre, or industrial projects who is looking to work on technically complex and innovative developments within a collaborative international environment. /p p The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile projects, supporting clients across the full project lifecycle from concept design through to detailed delivery. and the opportunity to take ownership of design delivery while mentoring junior engineers within the team. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Lead and manage electrical engineering packages across multidisciplinary building projects /lili Act as a senior technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders /lili Coordinate electrical design activities with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines /lili Deliver detailed electrical designs for mission-critical and technically complex facilities /lili Design systems including: /lili Emergency and standby power systems /lili Electrical distribution and small power systems /lili Earthing and lightning protection systems /lili ICT infrastructure and structured cabling /lili Building automation and controls systems /lili Photovoltaic systems and sustainable energy solutions /lili Fire alarm, safety, and security systems /lili Support project planning, resource coordination, xrdbqlu and technical reviews /lili Mentor and provide guidance to junior and intermediate engineers /lili Ensure designs comply with relevant international standards, regulations, and best practices /lili Contribute to innovation, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement within the engineering team /li /ul pb Candidate Requirements /b /pulli Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline /lili Experience in electrical building services design /lili Proven experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, or industrial building projects /lili Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and design coordination /lili Experience working within BIM/Revit environments; knowledge of parametric design would be beneficial /lili Fluent written and spoken Italian and English /li /ul /p /p
