Reporting directly to the Project General Manager / Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring and governance of all project-related contracts, ensuring contractual compliance, effective change management and claims prevention while acting as the key interface between the project team, contractors, legal, procurement and the client
Contract Administration
Administer and monitor EPC, EPCIC, consultancy and service contracts throughout the project life




Ensure contractors comply with contractual obligations, milestones and deliver
Maintain complete contract files, registers and contractual correspon
Monitor contractual compliance and identify potential contractual rsisks
Change Management
Evaluate contractor change requests, including schedule and cost impacts, in coordination with Project Controls, Engineering and Planning
teams.Prepare and manage Change Orders in accordance with project governance proce
Maintain the project Change Register and monitor the impact of variations on project execution
Claims & Dispute Management
Identify, assess and mitigate potential contractor claims
Support the negotiation and resolution of contractual claims and disputes together with Legal and Commercial teams.
Prepare contractual documentation supporting claims defense and maintain complete claims recors
Draft, review and issue contractual letters, notifications and formal co
