Experteer Overview As a member of BCG's Technology & Digital Advantage Insurance practice, you will help design and deliver large-scale technology and digital transformations for leading insurance and bancassurance clients. You will work with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement strategic actions that modernize core systems and accelerate data-driven outcomes. The role blends high-impact consulting with technology delivery, offering exposure to diverse industries and ambitious growth targets. You will shape engagements, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to BCG's transformation agenda in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsabilità 6-9 years of relevant experience in technology and insurance field
Proven time, people and project management skills
Strong academic track record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently
