Overview We are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Milan office within the Services team (after sales). The role focuses on maximizing customer benefits and ensuring project success on 3 DEXPERIENCE platform adoption. Responsibilities Define and propose a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution, enabling the customer to achieve business objectives leveraging 3 DS expertise powered by the 3 DEXPERIENCE platform Lead customer workshops to map AS-IS processes and use cases, define TO-BE processes and operational flows, and run a gap analysis between 3 DS solutions and customer needs Challenge and optimize customer business processes to drive Digital Transformation and value creation, by proposing 3 DS Solutions in line with company strategy Foster alignment among 3 DS teams to create a shared vision of the Solution Architecture and ensure project success. Oversee and actively support SIT/UAT phases, conducting test planning, defect management,



and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth transition to go-live Ensure the delivered solution is aligned with the Scope of Work (So W) and meets customer expectations throughout the adoption phase Act as the main communicator between the customer and internal teams, including software developers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and system integrators. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of proven experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT system integration within Manufacturing domain (automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or similar) Solid knowledge on web application architecture (APIs, Web Services), data analysis, data migration processes and ICT systems analysis Functional understanding of PLM systems and manufacturing concepts such as EBOM, MBOM, Bill of Process, and Work Instructions Demonstrated experience supporting SIT, UAT,
