Jobgether, in partnership with a growth‑focused client, is seeking a Growth Customer Success Manager based in Italy. You will own the post‑sale journey, build trusted relationships, and drive customer success with data‑driven strategies.
In a fully remote, asynchronous culture, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations and Product to reduce churn, expand accounts, and deliver scalable experiences. You’ll leverage CS platforms and automation to translate feedback into product improvements.
