Experteer Overview As an Application Analyst at InterSystems, you guide healthcare organizations in implementing InterSystems solutions, focusing on Italy’s billing and clinical workflows. You work with clients to optimize usage, minimize custom development, and ensure smooth system integrations. You stay current with product updates and act as a trusted resource across cross‑functional teams. This role combines process analysis, training delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to drive efficient, compliant implementations. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead application implementation efforts to deliver projects on time Advise customers on best practices to maximize value and minimize custom work Support healthcare professionals through system integration and optimization Conduct trainings, workshops,



and presentations to drive adoption Monitor billing workflows with compliance to Italy's public and private hospital regulations Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve challenges and improve efficiency Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long‑term success with InterSystems products Responsabilità 3+ years of healthcare experience with strong understanding of clinical workflows Expertise in billing rules and financial processes in Italy’s healthcare system Background in IT services with software implementation and customer‑facing roles Proficiency in Italian and good level of English Strong business process mapping and functional documentation skills Experience as an Application Analyst or Configuration Specialist, or in change management Experience conducting software testing and system validation University degree in Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines #J-18808-Ljbffr
