OVS Group is seeking a mid-level Legal Counsel Commercial Contracts to join its Legal Department in a fast-paced, international retail environment. The role reports to the Senior Legal Counsel Commercial Contracts and focuses on drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements.
You will partner with Sales, Procurement and Finance, balancing legal risk with business objectives while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
