About this Position
Embark on a thrilling journey with our 18-month CHAiNGERS Operations & Supply Chain Trainee Program, that prepares you for a fast‐track development in the Operations & Supply Chain organization at Henkel Adhesives. Through this program, you will gain comprehensive insights into the different functions of Adhesive Operations & Supply Chain, take over projects in our plants, build a broad network, agevolazioni from an individual training and development plan that will prepare you for future positions. What You'll Do
The program includes three phases of 6 months
Building your Foundation: You will join our production team and support efficiency and optimization initiatives
Exploring new horizons: You will embark on functional rotations in selected departments in alignment with the Program Manager (example: Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Lean Management, SHE, etc)




Get a strategic perceptive: You will be involved in a cross‐functional project in close collaboration with the regional and global Henkel Adhesive Technology teams
In parallel you will be introduced to the different supply chain and related functions to build a broad understanding of the organization.
You will own and drive multiple cross‐functional projects that lead to continuous improvement within your plant, allowing you to develop deep insight into the different functions of operations and supply chain.
As part of the program, you will receive a high level of visibility and guidance from an experienced mentor who will provide ongoing guidance, share feedback on your performance and agree development measures with you
Expand your global professional network, exchanging ideas with fellow trainees and connecting with senior leaders, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
