Fusion Medical Staffing - Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‐week assignment in Genoa, Nebraska.

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of devices.
Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.




Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, body mechanics, injury prevention, and self‐management.
Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities.
Collaborate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions to community or home‐based settings.
Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice.
Qualifications
Required:
Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Preferred:
Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
Physical therapy experience; new graduates invited to apply.
Additional certifications or licenses relevant to the position.
