An international group operating across luxury travel, private aviation, hospitality, mobility, real estate, and digital ventures is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing department and drive growth across multiple premium brands.
This is a leadership position for someone who combines strategy, creativity, data, AI, and commercial thinking to build brands and generate measurable business results.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Marketing Team, including Social Media Managers, Content Creators, CRM Specialists, Paid Media Specialists, Designers, and external agencies.
Define and execute multi-brand marketing strategies.
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
Oversee all social media channels, content strategy, branding, and communication.
Build marketing funnels, CRM workflows, automation, and customer journeys.
Integrate AI tools into marketing processes to improve productivity, reporting,



content creation, and campaign performance.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and marketing performance, providing regular reporting to senior management.
Work closely with Sales and Management to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience within luxury industries is mandatory. Applicants must currently hold, or have previously held, a Marketing Manager role—or a Junior Marketing Manager position with significant responsibility—in sectors such as luxury travel, private aviation, hospitality, luxury real estate, automotive, yachting, fashion, or other premium brands.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing marketing teams.
