Stiamo cercando un Inside Sales - Junior Account Executive agile e motivato per entrare a far parte del nostro team B2B a Roma. Questa è un’opportunità unica per contribuire attivamente alla crescita del segmento B2B in Italia, in un’azienda high-tech in rapida espansione con un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e orientato al cliente.
Le Tue Sfide
- Prospezione e Scouting:



Identificare e acquisire nuovi clienti (professionisti, PMI e grandi aziende con collaboratori esterni o flotte aziendali) attraverso cross‑selling, cold calling e networking.
- Gestione Telefonica: Condurre trattative commerciali complete tramite telefono, con un focus sull’alta attività giornaliera.
- Performance Orientata: Raggiungere i KPI mensili definiti dal tuo responsabile.

Le Tue Responsabilità
- Vendita e Negoziazione: Presentare, negoziare e concludere contratti per le soluzioni Arrive dedicate alle aziende, fornendo supporto e consulenza agli account via telefono.
- Gestione CRM: Mantenere aggiornato il CRM (es. SugarCrm/Salesforce) per garantire l’accuratezza dei dati e l’efficienza del processo di vendita.
- Qualità delle Vendite: Assicurare la qualità delle vendite e la soddisfazione del cliente in ogni fase del processo.

Cosa Cerchiamo
- Esperienza: 1‑2 anni di esperienza in vendite, idealmente in Inside
