As an EMEA Financial Analyst you play an important part of the Tennant Europe Controllership team located in Portogruaro (Venice).
You will be part of a dynamic and growing team responsible for the financial accounting, controllership and analysis.
The role requires ensuring a timely and accurate monthly financial close, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts in line with company policies, supporting the US GAAP and statutory audits, alongside setting up and maintaining a robust control environment under the EMEA Controller leadership.
Additionally,



you will also lead or participate on continuous improvement projects in the areas of financial reporting and controllership.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing month-end financial statements aligned with USGAAP to a tight reporting timetable, including but not limited to accrual accounting, intercompany, payroll, various calculations and controls, ad hoc analysis;
- Preparation of Balance Sheet account reconciliations in Onestream;
- Praparation of Balance Sheet Flux Analysis in Onestream;
- Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements and Notes in accordance with local GAAP of assigned country;
- Setting up and maintaining a robust control environment under the Emea Controller leadership;
- Supporting the team
