Experteer Overview In this role you will drive data-powered insights for Generali Group's P&C; retail portfolio. You'll design and monitor metrics, build forward-looking models, and create dashboards to inform business decisions. You will work closely with business units to translate findings into actions, while ensuring governance and best practices in data management. This position combines actuarial rigor with advanced analytics to support strategic planning and performance monitoring at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Design, implement and enhance metrics and monitoring tools for P&C; portfolios to provide actionable insights
Develop forward-looking models to identify deviations from the plan in motor/non-motor retail insurance
Create optimized data models supporting analytics and reporting
Build dashboards to summarize findings and communicate insights
Present modeling results and recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure governance,
security and best practices for data management
Support BUs in defining and implementing actions based on monitoring results
Contribute to the development of Forward-looking Modeling Best Practices
Responsabilità Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields
Minimum 5 years' actuarial experience in P&C; retail
Advanced SQL / Database querying with multi-step queries and performance optimization
Proficient in Python for data manipulation, analytics, ETL workflows, and ML model development
Dashboards design and KPI modeling with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling
Cloud Platforms (AWS) familiarity for data storage and deployment of analytics solutions
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
