Experteer Overview In this role you drive master data management and SAP MDG initiatives for European clients, guiding transformations from strategy through design to delivery. You will architect data solutions on SAP's digital platform, enabling large-scale S/4HANA migrations and data governance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven, measurable data transformations and growth for the practice. This is a leadership position within Accenture's IPT, offering global exposure, innovation, and a chance to mentor others.

Contribute to sales origination and shape a forward-thinking practice
Responsibilities Strong SAP data management and governance background with hands-on S/4HANA migration experience
Familiarity with ETL tools such as SAP Data Services or Syniti ADM; knowledge of Agile/Scrum
Strategic ability to define data architecture recommendations and implement data quality best practices
Excellent communicator able to simplify complex concepts for senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree with client-facing experience and a passion for mentoring and team development
