About this vacancy The role will be responsible for the definition of platform avionics architecture , requirement management , and supporting activities related to integration, testing, and AIV/AIT across multiple satellite programs.
The position requires a systemic vision of HW/SW/FW, with a strong focus on scalability, platform reuse, and reliability in safety-critical contexts.
Gathering stakeholder needs and translating them into system/subsystem requirements with acceptance criteria
Defining and maintaining the avionics architecture (functional, logical, and physical) and resource budgets
Defining the onboard logical architecture (functions, data flows, interfaces, operational modes)
Managing the allocation and end-to-end traceability of requirements up to verification
Defining and managing platform interfaces and satellite subsystem interactions; preparing ICDs
Supporting HW/SW/FPGA integration and test activity planning
Supporting system robustness activities (FMEA/FMECA, fault analysis, FDIR)
Contributing to test plans, procedures, and reports; supporting laboratory and AIV/AIT activities
Continuous improvement of platform development processes, methods, and approaches
