Sharp Brains Solutions in Latina, Italy, is looking for an Onsite Deskside Support Technician (L1/L2) for an on-demand, freelance engagement.
You will provide end-user support for desktops and laptops, perform IMAC tasks, manage OS imaging, patching, and hardware replacements, and use SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for ticketing.
This role requires ITIL-aligned incident handling, English and Italian language skills, and the ability to work onsite and coordinate with vendors.
