We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development in the Italian market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing complex projects and executing regional strategies for our high-altitude access equipment. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement personal sales plans to acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships.
Lead bidding and tendering processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and secure major contracts through effective competitive strategies.
Conduct in-depth market analysis and execute regional sales action plans.
What We're Looking For
~ Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred).
~2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in the equipment manufacturing or automotive industry, with local market presence.
~ Existing local customer network in Italy is a strong plus.
~ English communication skills are an advantage.
~ Flexible working arrangements available.
