As Regional Account Manager for Emilia Romagna, you will shape and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets. You will drive Fortinet's security solutions across commercial accounts and guide customers through their cybersecurity transformation. You'll build executive relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals and successful solutions. This role focuses on regional engagement, pipeline management, and delivering measurable impact in a fast-growing cybersecurity business.
Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
Drive adoption of Fortinet products and services across commercial accounts to ensure long-term customer success
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and strategic partners
Lead and coordinate internal teams to deliver RFP responses, proposals, and statements of work
Manage full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure




Ensure accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions
Travel within the assigned territory as needed to pursue opportunities
Qualifications Proven experience in technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity or networking
Demonstrated success in selling solutions to SMB and Mid-Enterprise customers
Strong knowledge of IT security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, IDS/IPS)
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with consistent quota achievement
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborative, results-oriented mindset with a passion for solving customer challenges and adding value
