Key Account Manager – Campania, Italy The role focuses on developing and executing channel plans, coordinating with internal teams, and managing commercial relationships with customers.
Responsibilities Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations.
Planning: Develop full-year plans and monitor progress.
Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution; support commercial expansion of the discount channel.
Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by Trade Marketing for concessionaries.
Customer Needs: Understand customer needs and requirements.
Client Retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain clients.
Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints promptly.
Internal Communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications Strong result orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proactivity, enterprising spirit, entrepreneurial mindset.
Problem solving and flexible reasoning.
Dynamism and ability to work in a team.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related disciplines.




Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the sales business.
Self-starter who thinks end-to-end and takes ownership of results.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization.
