About the role We are looking for a Customer Marketing Junior Specialist Direct Pharmacy who can develop new commercial opportunities in the Direct Pharmacy channel.Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of channel trade strategies and canvass executions.
- Collaborate on channel‑specific growth plans based on shopper, retailer and market insight related to different brands.
- Understand shoppers and customers’ needs to increase sell‑out performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sell‑Out specialist field forces to ensure brilliant execution and deployment of the strategy in the point of sale.
- Support management of relationships with external partners and agencies (merchandising, in‑store activities, agencies, etc.).
- Track Direct Pharmacy channel performance and KPI.
- Monitor commercial strategy execution to leverage strong performance and suggest corrective actions when needed.
- Analyse competitors’ plans and strategies through market data analysis.
- Improve brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in‑store planning,



execution and tracking in alignment with annual marketing priorities.
- Monitor competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across marketing, sales, supply chain and customer service functions.

Qualifications and Skills
- 1 year’s experience in a pharmacy environment in trade marketing roles.
- Experience working in the Direct Pharmacy channel.
- Experience on core business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion).
- Proficiency with office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable handling numerical data.
- Smart approach with dashboards and databases to monitor performance.
- Effective communication skills – listening, explaining, training and coaching.
- Enthusiastic, creative, solution‑oriented mindset with curiosity and passion for the job.
- Knowledge of Category Management guid
