You'll translate customer needs into scalable products and services that unlock measurable business value, while building networks to accelerate innovation. This global role combines technology, connectivity, and AI to transform industrial maintenance and lubrication. trends, and emerging tech in lubrication, connectivity, sensing, and AI/ML Pilot customer value validation activities for new Intelligent Lubrication solutions Build internal/external networks and evaluate partners to accelerate innovation Responsabilità University degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or related field; prior product management, innovation management, or business development experience Experience collaborating with stakeholders and cross‐functional xrdztoy teams across regions, including uncertain innovation settings Experience with connected products, digital solutions, AI/ML, sensing technologies, data‐driven services in industrial contexts Experience working with external partners, research institutions, startups, or technology providers Knowledge of lubrication systems, industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, or condition monitoring is a pl
