Job Description
As an Assistant Bar Manager at Auberge Collection, you will elevate service and ensure flawless execution while creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing day‐to‐day operations of the bar, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining a high level of customer service and responsible alcohol service practices.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at the bar.
Implement and enforce quality‐control measures for beverage preparation, presentation, and service to maintain consistent standards.
Assist in budgeting and financial management, monitoring sales and controlling costs.
Resolve issues and address guests' concerns promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
Superior professional appearance, polished manner, and strong interpersonal skills suited to a fast‐paced team environment.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages considered an advantage.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to departmental needs.
