Finance, Accounting, & Controlling Specialist Reports to : Milan (Hybrid) Compensation: The position offers a base salary in the range of €50,000 to €55,000 per year, in addition to a target premio of 10%. The partnership with Performant Capital marks the beginning of an ambitious plan to build a global all-in-one platform for the wine industry. To support our growth, we are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Controlling Specialist with 5-10+ years of experience in financial controlling and accounting, ideally within a Saa S or technology-driven company.



The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of accounting/financial processes and control systems to support strategic decisions. You will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to monitor KPIs, manage financial planning and budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.  Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.  Manage invoicing, supplier payments and ensure timely processing of accounts payable/receivable.  Oversee payroll activities in collaboration with external providers and ensure accurate payment of salaries and related contributions.  Improve and maintain internal processes and reporting tools, including automation of recurring reports.  Analyze cash flow and support treasury functions to ensure liquidity and risk ma
