TransMedics seeks an OCS Specialist for Italy, based in Bari, reporting to the Country Manager. You will complete hands‑on training, apply OCS protocols during organ retrieval, preservation, transport and assessment, and support sites across the EU.
You will join a fast-paced team with on‑call nights and weekends, travel to clinical sites, engage with sales and clinical teams, and help drive adoption of OCS technology in the Italian market, including pre‑ and post‑training activities.
