As a People Operations Specialist at Air Apps, you will be at the heart of our HR and recruiting operations. This is a fully onsite position , based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.
HR Operations & Employee Support
Assist with day‑to‑day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact to final offer.
Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems , especially Ashby .
Proficient in LinkedIn tools , especially LinkedIn Recruiter , and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies .
Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll , benefits , and employee services .
Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework — you don’t need to be a legal expert, but understanding the impact of current regulations on hiring and employee operations is a significant plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese proficiency is a premio.
