Reconciliation Specialist

The Billing Specialist has the primary responsibility for accurate invoice coordination and submissions.
Essential Functions Handle the active billing process
Calculate, verify and handle commissions
Monitor and resolve billing issues (e.g., invoice rejections)
Administer agency contracts
Handle the collection and retrieval of documentation from field personnel
Support and backup for order and credit collection activities
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma - administrative/economic focus
At least 2 years of prior professional experience in billing and accounts receivable
Knowledge of the main billing processes and administrative procedures
Preferable experience in companies interacting with Public Administration,



along with knowledge of related processes and administrative workflows
Good knowledge of the English language, Italian native level
Good knowledge of MS Office - particularly Excel and Power Point - and familiarity with ERP systems (Navision Microsoft Dynamics)
Flexibility, organization and attention to detail
