Freelance engagement
Experience: 2‐5 years
Design day‐to‐day visual content across client social media channels (static posts, Stories, video assets, digital ads) with a social‐first mindset and an eye for performance
Assist senior team members in bringing creative concepts to life, producing mockups, building wireframes, and supporting the execution of ideas from brief to delivery
Resize and adapt existing artwork for different formats and platforms, adjusting typography, correcting images, and ensuring all files are production‐ready
Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to brand guidelines, covering colour palettes, logos, and typography, across every asset
Maintain and organise design assets, image libraries and project folders, keeping workflows running smoothly across the team
Hands‐on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
and CapCut; comfortable working in Figma for collaborative design
Strong foundation in design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout and composition, and apply them instinctively
Solid social‐first sensibility and understanding of visual content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
Sharp eye for detail: pixel‐perfect alignment, accurate colour reproduction, clean file delivery
Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field; agency or multi‐brand experience that allows fast movement across briefs
