As a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Prod Process and Equip at Baker Hughes, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing CNC machining processes through advanced CAM programming. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability,



improve cycle times, and maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CAM programs for complex turbomachinery components using advanced CAD/CAM software.
Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and process robustness.
Define machining strategies and cutting tool selection to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Support the introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing.
Analyze machining performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and update process documentation, including setup sheets and tool lists.
Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical support to production teams.
Evaluate and integrate new CAM technologies and software capabilities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
