People Services Trainee
Heineken Italia is looking for a People Services Trainee to support the People Services team at the Sesto San Giovanni office.

Responsibilities
Support the cultural change and new ways of working enabled by the HR Digital Transformation program, focusing on training, communication, adoption and user experience.
Promote effective adoption and proper use of HR digital tools, with particular reference to SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Mobile Expense UKG/People Docu, and DocuSign platforms.
Provide first‐level support on HR processes, ensuring timely handling of requests and resolutions.
Support transactional processes related to the employee life cycle through new HR tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency and service quality.
Manage onboarding administrative activities for new employees, contributing to a smooth and engaging entry experience.
Contribute to the digitisation of the People Services archive, promoting simplification, accessibility and process efficiency.
Support the Time & Attendance process,
including monthly operational activities and related follow‐ups.
Improve employee customer experience through clear, targeted and effective communications.
Qualifications
Problem‐solving mindset and end‐to‐end view in process execution and continuous improvement.
Strong digital skills and genuine interest in HR technology, simplification and transformation.
Proficient with MS Office, with at least intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
Willingness to work with digital tools and data, including Power BI and AI‐based tools such as Copilot.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is a plus.
Curious, data‐driven and able to think creatively to find practical solutions.
Excellent relational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Solid analytical skills, proactivity, teamwork spirit and a positive attitude towards change, simplification and digitisation.
