Experteer Overview As Medical Advisor, Biologics, you will support Galderma's dermatology portfolio by providing medical and scientific expertise to healthcare professionals, investigators, and patient organizations. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Market Access to shape medical strategy and execute medical plans. You'll build trusted relationships with KOLs and centers, develop educational content, and communicate complex dermatology science clearly. This role offers meaningful impact through scientific exchange and strategic cross‐functional partnership in Milan, Italy.
Retribuzione / Benefits Act as medical reference point for the Bx team
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and academic centers
Contribute to definition of medical strategy, non‐promotional trainings, education, and presentations
Develop, maintain and share deep knowledge of Dermatology/Skin disorders

Develop and implement educational messaging to raise scientific awareness and advocacy for Galderma products
Deliver credible scientific and medical presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals
Identify and maintain contact with local, regional and national KOLs through approved engagement plans
Responsabilità MD or PhD in Life Sciences
Immunology‐Biologics experience essential
Dermatology experience highly recommended
Several years of medical/R&D; experience in pharma/biotech desirable
Proven ability to develop and present scientific content to clinical peers and seniors
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good English proficiency (written and spoken)
Meeting planning and facilitation skills; ability to work with various technical platforms
Ability to function in a matrix, cross‐functional environment
Excellent relationship‐building with medical professionals
