Specialist Onco‐Haematology – Toscana Nord e Centro Full‐time, Permanent position within Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK). Responsibilities Inform scientific and technical information to healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists, ensuring correct and appropriate use of the products. Collaborate with the Oncology Business Unit, Medical Direction, Regional Payers, Marketing, Commercial, Scientific Service Department and Pharmacovigilance. Promote and explain the value of GSK therapeutic solutions to all relevant stakeholders. Maintain up‐to‐date scientific knowledge and actively participate in company scientific training, using organizational IT tools. Plan and organize scientific information activities in accordance with the Business Unit Onco‐Haematology strategy. Execute training and educational initiatives for healthcare professionals and pharmacists, as part of individual visits and commercial model compliance. Introduce and disseminate the use of new media (e.g., web conferences, digital systems) for scientific information and collective education.



Contribute to the implementation of territorial action plans collaboratively, following the national strategy. Core Qualifications & Skills Bachelor or Master degree in Medicine, Biology, Chemistry (organic or biological), Pharmacy or related field, in conformity with the Law Decree 219/2006 and subsequent updates. Residence in the Florence, Pisa or surrounding areas. Significant experience as an ISF / Product Specialist in a specialized area with innovative products. Ability to translate scientific knowledge into business‐oriented strategies and activities. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in oncology‐haematology and rare diseases. Effective communication, problem‐solving, conflict management, pro‐activity, flexibility, and result orientation.
