Responsibilities
- Develop preliminary solutions, technical and commercial offers.
- Create, implement, and manage a strategic/local accounts strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales activities and resolve specific customer problems.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, handle complaints, and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to implement the sales strategy and channel pricing.
- Generate sales leads and explore new market opportunities using market trend information and potential service portfolios.
- Support tendering management: review RFQs, generate Bills of Quantity, prepare price presentations, and related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines; contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality.
- Maintain required information in the customer database and ensure technical reliability, safety, and cost‑effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Adhere to health and safety directives and promote the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Energy, Mechanical, Automation, or Electronic Engineering.
- More than 2 years of working experience; experience in a technical sales role is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent teamwork ability.
- Good written and spoken proficiency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Valid driving licence.
