Four Seasons Hotel Milano (Italy) seeks a seasoned Reservation Manager to lead daily reservations operations for Milano and Taormina properties. You will drive call and email conversions, coach staff, and coordinate with Revenue and Sales teams to optimize occupancy and maximize room revenue.
The role requires luxury-hospitality experience, strong analytical ability, and fluency in Italian and English, with proficiency in the Opera System. Flexibility to work across shifts is essential.
