YOUR ROLEAs a/an Digital Engineering & Product Lifecycle Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance, analyze business challenges, and develop data‐driven strategies. You support implementation to enhance client performance and manage R&D; projects in Product Development, New Product Introduction, and digital process improvement, using technologies like PLM, Simulation, AI, and Digital Twin, as well as methodologies such as DFX, MBSE, and Agile/ASPICE. In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities: Analyze client data, identify issues,



and propose solutions to meet strategic goals in R&D; area, from Cost Reduction to Product Development, from PLM/ALM to Digital Twin. Manage project lifecycles, define scope, oversee deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Create actionable plans for R&D; improvement, operational excellence, or digital transformation. Drive the execution of new processes, technologies (PLM, Simulation, AI, Digital Twin), and methodologies (DFX, MSD/MBSE, Agile/ASPICE), supporting the organization to embrace the change and fostering adoption. Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-levels in the R&D; field, leading meetings and presenting findings. Strong ability to analyze complex data and situations. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Coach and mentor junior consultants, guiding their work and development.
