We are in search of a leader for the role of Talent & Culture Manager who will assist the Regional Director of Talent and Culture in championing culture, playing a pivotal role in assembling best-in-class teams and leading talent performance, development and engagement to support our growth. Responsibilities What will you do? Act as a collaborative and strategic partner to the Regional Director of Talent & Culture in achieving the hotel's goals, developing and implementing process improvements, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, coaching performance, and delivering heartfelt service. Attract top talent to join our organization by championing our brand's culture and values. Contribute to the creation of effective staffing strategies with department leaders and keep a finger on the pulse of the local talent market.



Prioritize Auberge L&D; initiatives by championing, organizing, and, in some cases, leading team member training sessions. Work with leaders and team members to develop service skills and elevate product delivery. Support succession planning initiatives aligned with the overall Talent Management strategy. Demonstrate a passion for the team fostering a collaborative approach with peers and managers by exchanging ideas and valuing each team member's individual perspective. Create a feedback loop where team members' concerns are heard and addressed. Contribute with creativity and ingenuity to building an events calendar, recognition programs, and incentive initiatives that keep team members engaged and connected to our brand.
