Job Description

As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will elevate service and ensure flawless execution, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. This role focuses on partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in every aspect of bar operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the bar, supervising bar staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining a high level of customer service while following responsible alcohol service practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at the bar.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures for beverage preparation, presentation, and service to maintain consistent standards.




- Assist in budgeting and financial management, monitoring sales, and controlling costs.
- Resolve issues and address guests’ concerns promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
- Superior professional appearance, polished manner, and strong interpersonal skills suited to a fast‑paced team environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to departmental needs.
