Executive Account Manager

HDG is looking for a motivated Account Executive to join the international team in the Venice office.

The Account Executive will be responsible for the daily management of relationships with clients, overseeing the daily work of staff on specific projects that he/she will be in charge of.
Develop proposals, presentations, quotes, marketing plans and timelines
Write and manage quotes and contracts
Revise drafts and materials to determine their consistency with the brief received
Coordinate and manage accountment activities (finding customers, developing new business opportunities, etc.)
Coordinate the creative team, in collaboration with the Creative Director
Excellent knowledge of English (both spoken and written)




Good presentation skills as regards creative proposals
Excellent understanding of issues related to design and branding
Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop and Indesign)
Previous agency experience
Skills in simultaneously managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
Collaboration with a prestigious communication and design agency
Contacts with big brands
